Tessa Nearly Crawling

Check out Tessa go! I can hardly believe it. She just barely got up on all fours for the first time 6 days ago and now she is basically crawling! She doesn't turn 5 months for another 9 days. I just had to share because she is blowing my mind.

Love my sweet girl! :)

Ayla Spies With Her Little Eyes

Ayla Frequently points to teeny tiny icons on my computer and recognizes family members pictures. It seriously amazes me. Today she was pointing at the screen... "Beh-et! Beh-et!" And sure enough there is Bennett & Cooper sitting on Jason's lap. But it didn't stop there. Later she points and says "Gampa! Gampa!"  ...

I had a hard time finding Grandpa's picture so picked her up and asked her to show me...

Sure enough, there he is.

DATH

Ayla wanted to take a "dath".... and since she was already mostly naked I let her. I had just finished dressing Vera, however, so I opted to have her sit this one out. I started cleaning our bathroom while Ayla played in the bath and Vera stood next to the tub trying to steal Ayla's toys. Next thing I know Ayla starts yelling "FALL OFF! FALL OFF!" I turn around and there's Vera, socks and all, having a ball in the tub. Ugghh. And of course my good camera is in Evan's car today.

4th of July Hiking

We went on a beautiful hike up Rock Canyon in Provo yesterday. It was a beautiful overcast morning and we even got rained on for a few minutes. It's amazing to have such beauty right in your back yard. #grateful

We decided this mountain looks like an ice cream cone

Hot Air Balloon

On the 27th day of June I went a flying in a hot air balloon. It was....AWESOME! We got to see everything from set up to take down of the balloon and got about a 50 minute ride. We traveled 6 miles across Park City and got very high in the sky!

My partners in ascension were Lena, Lara and Chelsea. (all three of them are on the left in this picture)
It was very HOT inside the basket because of the big flame that they use to heat the air and keep the balloon afloat.

We landed in a neighborhood on the road. (the pilot can't control the direction of balloon travel, they only control the up and down) This is our landing spot and deflation of balloon.

It was a very fun experience and I would recommend it to you when you're feeling comfortable spending $200 dollars on a ticket (I bought the tickets using groupon BEFORE I got married). Our tickets were $170 with the groupon we used.
